Ebioro Website Terms

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Website Terms (the "Website Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.ebioro.com and its subpages (the "Website"), operated by Ebioro UAB ("Ebioro", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Scope — Website only

1.1. These Website Terms apply to your use of the Website itself: browsing its pages, reading its content and using its forms.

1.2. Ebioro's products and services are governed by their own, separate agreements — including the Ebioro Wallet Terms of Service and the Ebioro Merchant Terms of Service — which are published in the Legal section of the Website and presented to you when you sign up for the relevant product. If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a product agreement, the product agreement prevails for that product.

2. Who we are

2.1. Ebioro UAB is a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 305994333, with its registered office at Laisvės pr. 60, Vilnius, Lithuania.

2.2. You can contact us at [email protected].

3. Information only — no advice, no offer

3.1. The content of the Website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

3.2. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset, or an offer of any regulated financial service. The Website's description of a product does not create any contractual relationship between you and Ebioro; that relationship is created only by the relevant product agreement.

4. Product information, pricing and availability

4.1. Product descriptions, features, pricing and availability shown on the Website are indicative and may change without notice. The fees and conditions that actually apply to you are those set out in the relevant product agreement and shown to you before you confirm a transaction.

4.2. Ebioro's products are not available in all countries. The list of unsupported jurisdictions is published in the Legal section of the Website and may change.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Website you must not:

  • (a) use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or circumvent any security measure;
  • (c) introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper working of the Website;
  • (d) use automated means (scraping, crawling, harvesting) to extract content or data from the Website, other than standard search-engine indexing;
  • (e) misuse contact or onboarding forms, including by submitting false information or third-party personal data without authority.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. The Website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos and trademarks (including "Ebioro") — are owned by Ebioro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law. Open-source components published by Ebioro are licensed under their respective open-source licences.

7. Third-party content and links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. Ebioro does not control, endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content, websites or services; your use of them is subject to the third party's own terms.

8. Availability and changes to the Website

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebioro shall not be liable for any damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or your reliance on its content, including any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits or loss of data.

9.2. Access to the Website is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebioro's aggregate liability under these Website Terms shall not exceed EUR 100. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

10. Privacy and cookies

Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, published in the Legal section of the Website.

11. Changes to these Website Terms

We may amend these Website Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.1. These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.2. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, provided that if you are a consumer you retain the benefit of any mandatory jurisdiction and applicable-law protections of your country of habitual residence.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. If any provision of these Website Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. 13.2. These Website Terms are available in English and Spanish; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
